Returns

All surf gear products are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in new, resalable condition. We will cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label. The refund amount does not include the initial shipping costs unless your item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

Print on demand apparel products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, email us at info@eludesurf.com or use the form below. Include your order number, which specific item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. If we approve your return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns are processed within 2 business days after arrival. We will notify you once we have inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. It can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: If you are returning fins, please make sure they are in a padded envelope or cardboard box.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
